My experience with Dennis at University Mazda was great! He made the process stress free and easy. They're prices seemed fair and the negotiation process was completely reasonable. Winnie in the financing department made what I thought would be torture into no big deal! Informative, thorough, but quick and painless. Buying a car during a world-wide pandemic was a pain overall, but once I found this dealership they made it clean, safe, and easy! I was very satisfied and am looking forward to working with them in the future.

I was recently in for an oil change at another Mazda dealership. I was anticipating a routine oil change and maybe a few other routine maintenance items but they ended up quoting me over 2000 worth of what they felt was necessary work. I was shocked. I walked out and called University Mazda. Typically I get my car serviced at University Mazda but with the bridge out I was looking to not have to deal with traffic. Ryan, my service tech, was very helpful and informative. The mechanic, Sara, reviewed the list of recommended service items and shared her advice about what should and should not be done. She was great and I walked away with a fair, reasonable repair bill. Not the crazy 2K from the other Mazda dealer. Thank you University Mazda. I will surly buy my next car from you guys.

I saw an Altima I was interested in online. Sonny emailed me to schedule an appointment the next day. I test drove the car and within under 2 hours I owned it. This was the easiest process I have ever had getting a vehicle, and more importantly both myself and the dealership were happy in the end.

It was just routine maintenance, but I felt taken care of as soon as I drove into the service area. Pleasant people. Quick service. They used masks to keep us all safe. They told it me it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and sure enough it was ready within that time slot. I got a call from them almost immediately. And my car was clean.

William did an excellent no BS sales job on our purchase of a new mazda for us. Very gracious, low price, high price for the trade-in. Did not leave us sitting for hours, just a few minutes. Scott in finance did not try to sell the aftermarket packages, which is a refreshing change. Highly recommend William and Scott from University Mazda.

This is the first time ive gotten a car from an actual dealership instead of private sellers and ive had the best experience. Thank you so much Scott Roy for making things easy and fast. I made a test drive appointment online, filled out the pre approved loan the next day got an email stating that i qualify, drove to Seattle from Oly, drove the car and did the paper works. Only took an hour and a half. Im very satisfied and will be back again in the future when i need to upgrade.

I’m obsessed with my new car! I had such a great experience with University of Mazda especially with this weird time weird in. I was contacted right away by the sales manager after I reached out. I was able to make an appointment the next day to test drive it. They gave me my different options and felt no pressure whatsoever to make a decision. I thought it over and let them know the next day I wanted to go through with it. In a matter of minutes I was told I was approved! When I went to go pick up the car the paperwork took only took 20 minutes and then I was off!! I don’t write reviews but felt like everyone needs to know how amazing this dealership and Mazda’s are!

They went out of the way to accommodate me in the testing time of the Covid outbreak and helped me close out the lease of my car by ensuring it was convenient and tailored the situation. I was very impressed by the service and especially the GM's (Chris) eagerness to help. He mailed me the forms, contact me with instructions, told me he'll call me back to follow up, which he did (traits of a true manager) and we closed out the lease very smoothely. You guys Rock!!!
